Team Member (Health Enrichment category): Health Enrichment Marketing Director + 1 x Senior Brand Manager + 1 x Assistant Brand Manager (BRAND's Essence of Chicken portfolio), 1 x Brand Manager (BRAND's Non- Essence of Chicken portfolio)

What You'll Do
- Lead social media and digital engagement initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Manage content calendars, digital campaigns, influencer/KOL collaborations, and agency partnerships.
- Plan and execute consumer activations, sampling programs, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure effective activation and commercial execution.
- Manage artwork development, packaging upgrades, promotional packs, and innovation projects from concept to launch.
- Partner with Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure timely project delivery and compliance.
- Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Manage brand budgets, monthly reporting, accruals, PR/PO processes, and A&P expenditure tracking.

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG consumer marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and influencer/KOL engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and business performance data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP processes (PR/PO/GR) and budget management will be beneficial.
