About your role
As an Assistant Brand Manager (Health Enrichment), you support the growth of BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken, one of Suntory’s most trusted and iconic health brands. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you play a key role in planning, executing, and tracking brand strategies and marketing activities across the Malaysian market.
This role offers broad exposure to brand building, campaign development, digital activation, and commercial execution, making it an excellent opportunity for marketers who are eager to grow in a dynamic FMCG environment.

What You'll Do
- Support brand strategy and planning to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand targets.
- Develop and execute ATL and BTL campaigns, based on strong consumer insights.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end brand activations, working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Track and analyze brand performance, competitive activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support digital and social media activations, including KOL management and content creation.
- Assist in the execution of BTL initiatives such as sampling, in‑store activations, and NCP programs.
- Manage marketing budget tracking, ensuring timely accruals and spending within approved A&P budgets.
- Handle procurement and financial processes, including PR/PO creation, GR processing, and WBS closure, in line with SOPs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement to ensure seamless execution.

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Experience managing ATL and BTL marketing activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good understanding of digital and social media marketing, including KOL collaborations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
