About your role

As an Assistant Brand Manager (Health Enrichment), you support the growth of BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken, one of Suntory’s most trusted and iconic health brands. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you play a key role in planning, executing, and tracking brand strategies and marketing activities across the Malaysian market.

This role offers broad exposure to brand building, campaign development, digital activation, and commercial execution, making it an excellent opportunity for marketers who are eager to grow in a dynamic FMCG environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Health Enrichment Brand leads in driving end‑to‑end marketing execution across the Total BRAND’S portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business priorities.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end artwork development process for Health Enrichment SKUs, promotional packs, packaging upgrades, and innovation projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, brand consistency, and on‑time delivery.Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of social media activities, including content calendar management, agency coordination, content deployment, and performance tracking to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Execute brand campaigns on social platforms based on consumer insights, ensuring appropriate strategies, plans, and investments are in place to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Plan and coordinate brand activations, sponsorships, and BTL initiatives, including sampling activities and activation materials, to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and external agencies to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to internal processes and governance standards.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring marketing activities support commercial objectives and are executed efficiently.Provide analytical and administrative support for day‑to‑day marketing operations, including campaign tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You need to be successful

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience managing ATL and BTL marketing activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Good understanding of digital and social media marketing, including KOL collaborations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
