You’ll also be part of a supportive, values-driven team where you can truly unleash your spirit—driving results while contributing to our shared success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets across your designated territory.
- Promote and upsell the soft-drink Suntory product range to existing and new customers.
- Execute territory coverage plans and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and product presentations.
- Implement category management initiatives including planograms and space-to-sales compliance.
- Manage Suntory refrigeration placement based on ROI and customer needs.
- Pre-sell and execute all national and state-based promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Field Managers, Sales Managers, Logistics, and Customer Service.
What you need to be successful:
We're looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on the road, and is passionate about finding opportunities to grow the business.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of delivering results.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while managing a diverse territory.
- A strong hunter mentality, constantly looking for new opportunities, winning new business, and growing existing accounts.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to embrace change and adjust quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage customers.
- Commercially minded, with the confidence to identify opportunities and turn them into results.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive, team-oriented approach and a genuine passion for working with great brands and people.
- A valid, unrestricted driver's licence.
