The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we are on the lookout for our next Field Manager. The purpose of the Field Manager position is to effectively lead, coach and develop a highly successful team to achieve sales targets, grow and promote our product range whilst exploring new business opportunities.
Reporting into the Regional Business Manager, you will be a highly motivated individual who can balance the core requirements of people leadership while also understanding how to influence results via engagement across diverse sales channels and departments.
The role is a core execution arm, critical for bringing the Suntory Oceania strategy and values to life in trade.
This role will support the soft-drink arm of the organisation working with brands such as V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee.
