What You'll Do
Formula Development for NPD/Reformulation
- Lead NPD and reformulation projects based on a clear understanding of target consumer, usage occasion, consumer needs, product benefits, target cost, and agreed timeline with key milestones together with the NPD team.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess technical risks and propose solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams (NPC, QA, Production, Engineering, etc.).
- Ensure products have no technical issues, including stability, safety, microbiological concerns, or IP infringement.
- Review and validate all documents required for commercialization, such as ISQ, SPF/SPI, stability reports, analytical results, and documents supporting FDA registration.
General Responsibilities
- Build and maintain knowledge related to product development, raw materials, and technical issue resolution.
- Transfer knowledge on new or revised processes and product improvements to QA, Production, and other relevant teams to ensure products consistently meet customer requirements.
- Maintain an effective data‑keeping system to ensure documentation is complete, organized, and easy to retrieve.
- Comply with company policies and all implemented standards and systems.
What You need to be successful

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product research and development, preferably in the food or beverage industry

Strong knowledge in sensory evaluation, shelf-life studies, and product quality assessment

Excellent coordination and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including QA, Production, SCM, Marketing, and regional R&D

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic laboratory equipment/tools

Good command of English, both written and spoken
