P&C Director, CoE - Learning and Capability Partner

About your role
The purpose of the Learning & Capability (L&C) partner is to lead the delivery of Learning & Capability agenda in the responsible market and ensuring an integrated approach to building Learning culture and Capability development is realized, contributing to strengthen current and build new capability, fueling our Talent pipeline, building a future-fit organization, and unlocking our unique culture.
This role collaborates closely with the respective in-market Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Team to ensure Learning & Capability initiatives are aligned with organization strategy both from a Global/Regional and local perspective. S/he will bring the Gemba voice to the Global/Regional L&C team and at the same time, ensure to bring a One Suntory and global thinking in approaching local needs.
What You'll Do
1. Delivery of Global learning program in own market as well as Drive/Support Regional priority
• Take ownership in delivering global learning and capability programs within the responsible market, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and local nuances (e.g. COMPASS roll-out)
• Lead or support/pilot-learning related initiative that is relevant for multiple markets (e.g. change management, Leader as Coach, transformation mind-set, etc.)
2. Delivery of local Learning & capability needs in partnership with BPs, CoE Talent Acquisition & Talent Management team
• Define and strategize local Learning & Capability needs in line with business priorities. Provide thought leadership and a holistic approach to address the business challenges
• Deliver the training, leveraging external and internal resources including global/regional programs and tools or best practices from other markets
3. Partner with Talent Management Team (where needed) to co-deliver training, uplift leader capability in talent/performance core process to support BPs
• Partner with Talent Management Team (where needed) to co-Deliver training sessions to enhance leader capability in talent and performance core processes within the responsible market, supporting P&C BPs in building leadership excellence across the organization (e.g. SLS training, IDP training, how to give feedback, etc.)
4. Stakeholder engagement
• Build strong relationships with P&C BPs, business leaders, and other key stakeholders in responsible market to understand their needs and priorities, and to ensure the successful adoption of talent and learning initiatives.
• Ensure alignment within the CoE to deliver a consistent learning and talent experience for our employees across the locations.

• University graduate
• 10+ years of experience in P&C with a solid knowledge and experience in talent development and learning & capability
• Solid experience in designing and delivering learning / capability programs, good facilitation skills
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to successful delivery
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of learning and talent initiatives
• Strong understanding of our Suntory Leadership Spirit and demonstrates them as a leader
• Strong passion for developing people and helping the organization build capability for the future
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive mind-set
• Previous experience working in a regional or global P&C role is an advantage"
• Excellent communciation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as in market and regional/globally
• Solid People management skills – engage, equip, and empower to develop team"
• Proficiency in both English & local language, other languages are an advantage
• Strong technical acumen, including Excel, PowerPoint and P&CIS (SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow experience a plus)
