Senior Buyer in Copacking

Your role
As a Senior Buyer in Copacking, you source and negociate or our Markets in Europe. It also means to manage timing, quality, costs and sustainability in line with functional, business, region and Suntory objectives.
In that context, you drive and optimize the procurement of the subcategories, and you build and manage a supplier's panel.
You daily report your activity to the Procurement Category Manager.
Your activity will be based in 5 accountabilities:
Firstly, you will manage a budget and its cost optimisation. Based on that you will set budget standard prices for the subcategories & you will monitore purchase price variances; you will deliver financial targets for the portfolio through negociations activities and proactive optimization projects. Furthermore, you will drive negociations on all the terms and conditions and ensure appropriate reporting to the procurement management.
Then, you will work on market insights, strategies and development and business partnering. To do so, you will develop and implement strategies for most strategic categories; you will devleop and improve master strategy for other sub-categories and you will do regular follow up market evolution to identify new risks & opportunitites.
Thirdly, you will work on compliance, supplier performance and risk management. That will include to prepare and contribute proactively to suppliers' regular reviews, to maintain risk analysis, develop framework agreements, drive continuous improvement, etc.
Also, you will work on continuous improvement, innovation and sustainability. You will be an active member of procurement - R&D and Marketing community. You will define and monitor a pipeline of value optimization ideas, you will proactively support the organisation to progress on sustainable sourcing strategy, you will engage and pilot suppliers ESG compliance and contribution to our objectives in Europe, etc.
Finally, you will work on Global sourcing and drive the activity; you will advise on strategy and best suppliers options using Market knowledge expertise, etc.
Whats in it for you
As a Senior Buyer in Copacking you will have a strategical role since you will manage the portfolio for two iconics brands such as Pulco and Champomy. You will source and negotiate external production of finished goods for our markets within Europe and you will drive and you will manage a suppliers' panel.
What I need to be successful
University degree level, technical, economical or with a procurement specialization.
Purchasing experience of at least 5 years.
IT tools: excel, ppt, etc.
Languages: fluent in English, French. Spanish is a plus
