You are a passionate marketer with a confirmed experience, including a senior brand management role, ideally in the FMCG sector.
You have a genuine interest in enhancing Schweppes products—both formulations and packaging—and the creativity to develop new ones.
You have proven your leadership and influence, paired with a collaborative team spirit.
You have a track record of successfully leading cross-functional or cross-country teams, driven by strong project management skills, reliability, and adaptability in the face of ambiguity.
You have confidence in interpreting market and consumer research data to guide strategic decisions.
You are based in Paris, Amsterdam, or Madrid and speak English fluently.
THE ROLE
At the heart of Schweppes STRATEGY, in an INTERNATIONAL environment, you will play a key leadership role in Schweppes Europe Marketing team, shaping and executing a European-wide marketing strategy. Specifically, you will spearhead high-impact product innovation and renovation projects, driving the growth and evolution of Schweppes’ portfolio across multiple European markets.
Directly reporting to the Portfolio & Pack Innovation Marketing Manager, you will work transversally with many markets, especially France, Spain and Belgium, as well as across functions, such as R&D & Insights teams.
Portfolio Management
You will co-lead the development strategy of Schweppes’ portfolio. You will define opportunities and initiatives for portfolio growth, ensuring consistency and scalability across European markets.
Innovation
You will drive the development of New Product Development (NPD) projects for Schweppes, from concept creation through to business case validation. To succeed, you will collaborate closely with R&D and lead markets to deliver breakthrough products that resonate with consumer needs.
Renovation
You will lead projects focused on improving core products’ liquid and packaging, in order to enhance the brand’s relevance, taste profile, and packaging appeal across Europe. As part of our team, you will embrace the “ Suntory Way ” of product marketing, and ensuring that our core products remain our top priority and continually evolve to meet and exceed our consumer expectations.
Sustainability & Efficiency
You will contribute to key sustainability and cost-efficiency / revenue growth management initiatives, ensuring that Schweppes remains ahead in both environmental impact and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS
- Confirmed experience in Marketing with, at least, a 1st experience in a Senior Brand Management role, ideally in FMCG companies
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing portfolios, and driving new product innovation in fast-paced, consumer-driven environments (ideally within the beverage or FMCG sectors)
- Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders and external partners
- Great interpersonal skills, true team player, comfortable dealing with complexity, ambiguity and managing through change
- Genuine interest in knowledge of our products, with the ability to lead teams in improving product formulations and packaging to meet evolving consumer needs
- Ability to generate and execute innovative ideas (product innovation concepts or example) that address consumer needs and align with business objectives
- Deep analytical skills and business acumen, able to leverage consumer insights and financial data to inform strategic decisions and measure performance
- Highly organized, results-driven, reliable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This permanent position can be based in one of our European headquarters : in Paris (preferably), Amsterdam or Madrid.
