You will lead change management initiatives supporting the implementation of new tools, systems, policies and processes, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and sustainable adoption.
You will help shape and deploy the evolving Procure-to-Pay ecosystem. This includes building a community of key users, supporting governance initiatives and promoting best practice sharing across markets and functions.
You will foster a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement by developing communities of practice, facilitating knowledge sharing and strengthening cross-functional relationships across the Procurement organisation.
