Your Role
As an HS Intern, you will:
Be an integral part of the Health & Safety regional team at Suntory Beverage & Food Europe (covering 6 countries and all functions: Supply Chain, Sales, Offices).
Support and develop the EHS IT tool: manage the software for reporting safety events, act as subject matter expert on safety data, and ensure data accuracy across all sites and functions.
Analyze safety metrics and trends, working closely with EHS teams to prevent accidents.
Help design and deliver insightful dashboards to drive strategic decisions.
Support and animate a community of 20 super users of the safety tool across the region.
Consolidate, report, and issue monthly safety KPIs for the region and all stakeholders (SBFE Finance, Japan holding, etc.).
Collaborate with country EHS teams to develop and update safety procedures and standards, leveraging local best practices and transforming them into regional principles.

Requirements
Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Health & Safety, Health Science, Psychology, Human Resources, or Industrial Risks in Engineering).
Experience using databases and record systems.
Strong attention to detail.
Genuine interest in Health & Safety.
Autonomous, with excellent communication skills and ability to connect with remote teammates.
Proactive and solution-driven mindset, always seeking new opportunities and curious.
Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
