About your role
Under the supervision of your manager (Category Manager), you will be responsible for managing an ingredient and/or packaging category, as well as for managing and monitoring the performance of several suppliers.
You will work in a multicultural environment across our 4 European Business Units and collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, Manufacturing, and Legal teams.
What you'll do
- Define and implement category strategies, from needs analysis through supplier negotiation and execution.
- Build and monitor category budgets for the upcoming year.
- Manage tender processes from preparation through to implementation.
- Monitor market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement levers.
- Help secure supply continuity by identifying, assessing, and developing alternative sourcing solutions.
- Maintain and track quality, regulatory, and supplier documentation.
- Provide operational support related to contracts, specifications, NDAs, Codes of Conduct, sustainability documentation, and other procurement-related processes.
You'll also contribute to cross-functional Procurement projects by:
- Preparing and participating in supplier Business Reviews and supporting supplier performance tracking through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Updating market dashboards and sharing category insights and analyses.
- Supporting sustainable procurement initiatives through supplier assessments and follow-up action plans.
- Coordinating activities with R&D teams and contributing to the delivery of the current innovation and product development roadmap..
This apprenticeship opportunity is available from November for 1 year, and is based at our headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

What You need to be successful
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5 equivalent) at a university, business school, or equivalent institution, with a specialization in Procurement or Purchasing.
- A first experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Import/Export would be a plus.
- You are fluent in French and English; Spanish would be an additional asset.
- You have analytical and synthesis skills, enabling you to turn data into clear and actionable recommendations.
- You are organised and detail-oriented, allowing you to manage your responsibilities autonomously and reliably.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and enjoy building collaborative relationships.
