You are an experienced project manager with a solid background in leading specifics Commercial or Sales projects in the FMCG sector. Your academic background and experience in leading technical and complex projects gave you solid project management methodologies. You are a real team player and have demonstrated your ability to work with many stakeholders and know how to manage the complexities linked with an FMCG company. You have experience working in an international context, and you are comfortable using both French and English in your daily activities.  

Job Responsibilities

THE JOB

As an IT Project Manager, you willl drive the implementation of the technology enablers to support the Route to Market and commercial models at Suntory Beverage & Food Europe. Within this role, you will join our IT Center of Excellence team for Commercial. Your first mission will be to lead the technology workstream of a massive transformational program for the Out of Food Channel in France. You will have the opportunity to drive what is currently a key project for SBFE and SBFF’s growing the top line ambition.

You will have to drive the technology strategy and project implementation activities for commercial in France. In this context, you will also have to leading a multidisciplinary team of around 12-14 people, which required excellent communications skills and the gravitas to deliver through others.  As you will drive the project, you will also have to coordinate the 3rd parties and make sure that the timing will be respected. You will also have to manage senior stakeholders and ultimately achieving business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Degree from University or an Engineering school with a specialization in IT 
• Strong track records as an IT Project manager in FMCG, specifically in Commercial / Sales projects
• Knowledge of Best in class technologies 
• Project management methodologies 
• Communication and change management skills
• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
• French and fluent in English
• Used to deliver high quality results under pressure.
