Your academic background and experience gave you the opportunity to took part in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Curious, you have the ability to think out of the box and explore market trends. You like to look for process and technology innovation and working with Data & Analytics tools.

You are a real team player and have demonstrated your ability to be part of a team but will have the ability to work in autonomy. You have developed a deep and hands-on expertise on best-in-class technologies (AI, ML, CDP, ETL, CRM...)

You have experience working in an international context, and you are comfortable using both French and English in your daily activities.  
 

THE ROLE

As an IT Commercial Excellence Analyst, your first mission will be to lead the reporting and analytics activities for a key Route to Market project in France, from definition to implementation. You will manage different topics :

Implement analytics and tech solutions with agile delivery

• Develop analytics capabilities and application portfolio; leveraging best-in-class technologies
• Apply agile solution delivery approaches to rapidly provide fit for purpose solutions     

Drive innovation on data, tools and ways of working

• Explore markets trends, identify best practices and propose areas of improvement
• Assess technologies conceptually and hands-on
• Leverage internal and external digital and analytics capabilities

Support key commercial projects in specific markets or at European Level

• Support strategic Commercial projects
• Design and deliver delightful user experience
• Delivering process definition and adoption

Data & AI

• Deliver usable, well-organized data
• Power everything with data
• Embed Advanced Analytics and AI into technology platforms and processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Master Degree from University or an Engineering school with a specialization in Data 
• 2-3 years of experience as Commercial Data Analyst as a true business partner, involving a variety of solutions / technologies and numerous integrations
• Bonus: Experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in Commercial / Sales projects, could be a plus
• Seek continuous improvement. Delivery orientation and communication skills
• Hands-on experience on key advanced analytics and AI tech
• Excellent Communication skills
• Fluency in French and English, Spanish is an advantage.
