Head of Transformation in HSE for Europe

You have a successful track record in defining and implementing Health and Safety strategies within industrial activities in matrix organisations at an international level.

Your strong communication, persuasive abilities and your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to influence and drive changes across all levels in your work.

 

The role

Reporting to our QHSE & Sustainability Director for Europe, the Head of HSE works for Suntory Beverage and Food Europe and manages his/her/them team in Europe (the SBFE EHS Engineer) and also, transversally others HSE teams such as the EHS Managers; Markets'Health & Safety Champions or HSE teams accross Europe while ensuring a holistic approach of EHS, etc.

He/she/them will define the HSE strategy and the road map and priorities for Europe. 

The role includes to manage the Group Health and safety policy for Europe, define standards (processes, rules, etc) and ensure their application across the organisation and carefully define and monitor KPIs and provide effective reporting to senior management for Health and Safety.

Furthermore, he/she/them will have to manage the HSE risk analysis in collaboration with relevant teams and identify and evaluate risks faced, to implement controls and improvement plans to effectively manage these risks and manage relative reportings.

He/she/them will have to lead the HSE transformation. That includes working on developping a strong safety culture coordinating and engaging local teams to ensure consistent and effective safety practices, etc.

As a good leader, he/she/them will works closed to the HSE team stakeholders across the markets/sites and all the organisation to make transformation happen; that also includes HSE strategic projects, etc.

Skills and Experience

  • Engineering diploma
  • +/- 15 years of experience with a strong operational experience within a FMCG environment.
  • Languages: English is mandatory; French is a plus.

The role requires regular travels around Europe (60%).
