France Learning & Capability Partner (M/F)

YOU

Passionate about Human Resources, particularly Learning & Capability, you bring solid experience in Learning & Capability or Training roles, ideally gained within multinational or matrix organisations.

 

You have a strong understanding of French labour law and training regulations, including experience engaging with employee representative bodies. You are comfortable navigating between local requirements and global frameworks, ensuring compliance while driving efficiency and impact.

 

You are known for your ability to diagnose business needs, collect feedback and translate insights into actionable learning strategies. You are able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and operate with a structured and pragmatic mindset.

 

With excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, you are able to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders across functions, sites and geographies. You act as a trusted partner, capable of rebuilding trust and credibility where needed.

 

You demonstrate a strong continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in digital learning solutions and innovative practices. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.

 

THE ROLE

Within the People & Culture function at Suntory Beverage & Food France and reporting directly to the Learning & Capability Lead SBFE, you will play a key role within the Learning & Capability Centre of Excellence, contributing to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of learning strategies aligned with business priorities.

 

Leadership and delivery of Learning & Capability initiatives
You will design, implement and evaluate learning programmes aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring they effectively address capability gaps across the organisation.

 

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Talent, P&C teams and business leaders to identify needs, prioritise initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.

 

You will leverage global frameworks while exercising judgement to adopt, adapt or create local solutions when needed, ensuring consistency and scalability.

 

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of learning practices by promoting efficient processes, digital tools and sustainable approaches.

 

Learning expertise and stakeholder impact
You will ensure compliance with French labour legislation and manage interactions with employee representative bodies.

 

You will monitor programme effectiveness, analyse learning data and provide recommendations to improve impact and business performance.

 

You will support the development and application of new skills across the organisation, acting as a coach to stakeholders and teams.

 

You will collaborate across geographies, contributing to the sharing of best practices and the evolution of the Learning & Capability function globally.

 

You will rebuild trust and re-establish strong relationships with stakeholders following a period of limited local support.

 

You will also manage and support a Learning & Capability Specialist, contributing to their development and ensuring alignment with team priorities.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related field, combined with proven experience in Learning & Capability, Training or Talent Development roles within multinational or matrix organisations.

 

Strong knowledge of French labour law and training regulations.

 

Previous management or team leadership experience is a plus.

 

Experience with LMS platforms (such as SuccessFactors or Cornerstone) and digital learning tools is a plus.

 

Strong ability to engage, influence and partner effectively with multiple stakeholders.

 

You demonstrate a structured mindset, strong listening skills, the ability to prioritise, and a continuous improvement mindset.

 

Fluency in French and English is required.

 

This position is to be filled as soon as possible on a fixed-term contract, based at our headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
