With your academic background and professional experience as a Data Product Manager, you have developed strong communication and storytelling skills, enabling you to simplify technical concepts and inspire stakeholders. You define yourself as a true business partner with strong technical depth. You are comfortable engaging with senior business leaders, managing competing priorities, and rolling up your sleeves to do hands-on work when required. You demonstrate a strong bias to action, can multi-task effectively, and operate with minimal oversight while ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.
You are used to working in multicultural environments and are fluent in English. French or Spanish proficiency would be a strong plus for deeper stakeholder engagement.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of Data Analytics Products for Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, your mission will be to design, deliver, and scale Data Analytics Products that drive measurable business impact. You will work across functions and business areas, ensuring that data and analytics solutions are embedded into decision-making, operations, and strategic initiatives. While many current projects are focused on areas such as Revenue Growth Management, HR Analytics, Supply Chain, and Route-to-Market, the scope of this role is not limited to these domains and may evolve as business priorities change.
Demand Management
A core part of the role is assessing and prioritizing business needs. You will review new requests and change demands, assess feasibility, and work with stakeholders to define realistic timelines. Your ability to weigh technical feasibility, resource availability, and business value will be key in ensuring the right priorities are addressed first. Transparent communication around prioritization and delivery timelines will be essential to building trust.
Business Partnering
You will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align on product vision and success criteria. By defining KPIs, metrics, and data requirements together with the business, you will ensure products are not only technically sound but also meaningful and impactful. Your ability to bring clarity to complex topics and align diverse perspectives will be critical for success.
Bridging Business and Technology
One of your main responsibilities is to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for DevOps and engineering teams. This includes confirming and documenting data sources, managing field mappings from source systems to the data lake and visualization models, and clarifying the definition and calculation logic of KPIs and business metrics. You will play a vital role in bridging conversations between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective problem-solving.
Product Planning and Roadmap
You will take ownership of product planning in collaboration with Head of Data Analytics Products , from shaping vision and objectives to building and executing a roadmap. Together with stakeholders, you will co-create the future roadmap of data products to ensure continued alignment with evolving business priorities. You will facilitate delivery, arrange user acceptance testing, and ensure adoption through continuous engagement with users.
Product Design and Experience
In collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and visualization experts, you will contribute to the design of analytics solutions, including data structures, methodologies, and user interfaces in tools such as PowerBI. You will ensure that solutions are intuitive, scalable, and embedded into business processes. Beyond design and delivery, you will track adoption and usage, organize product training, and collect feedback to guide continuous improvement and enhancement.

YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with solid or comparable experience enabling you to perform successfully in the role
- First solid experience as a Data Product Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of data modeling; hands-on skills in SQL / Python
- Experience with data visualization (PowerBI/DAX) and basic understanding of AI/ML frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data sources, field mappings, and KPI logic
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience in vendor management and in driving alignment with Group-level stakeholders across markets
- High bias to action, comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and bring clarity to diverse teams
- Ability to explain data science methods and insights to senior stakeholders in a simplified, business-oriented manner would be a strong plus
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish would be a strong plus.
