You are passionate about IT, and particularly about Data Analytics and/or Data Science.

 

With your academic background and professional experience as a Data Product Manager, you have developed strong communication skills including a real ability to do storytelling and present complex or technical concepts to your stakeholders with a business-friendly approach.

 

You have developed solid technical expertise on data analytics and visualization skills, and have a good understanding of AI framework and Machine Learning concepts.

 

You define yourself as a real business partner and can illustrate it by your ability to interact with multiple and diverse levels of stakeholders, and to adapt yourself in a fast-paced environment. You navigate well between business users and leaders, and technical teams managing Big data engineering environments and product development, and you are able to translate needs and constraints between teams. 

 

You are used to work in multicultural environment and to work in English.

 

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Head of Data Analytics Products for Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, your main mission will be to create and manage Data Analytics (D&A) Products that enable stakeholders and users to make informed decisions, optimize operations, achieve strategic goals, and deliver incremental value to the business.

 

Within this role, you will manage different topics :

 

Demand Management
You will regularly review new demand (including change request) and work out the timeline together with the business success manager. You will carry out data assessment and feasibility study for any new demand (including change request). We will expect from you to prioritize the requests according to the business strategy, tech team resources, technical feasibility & the business value.

 

Business Partnering
To succeed in your missions, you will work closely with the business to understand their needs and align with the business teams on the product strategy, their visions, criteria of success & direction. You will also document the definition and calculation logic of KPI/Business Metrics used in the product. You will confirm the data sources required/plan data acquisition with the business users. Thanks to your ability to work as a Business Partner, you will be a recognized expert on data & analytics – including depth in business context of data sources & methodologies and industry knowledge on best practices.

 

Product Planning
You will create the product plan (including the vision, objective, roadmap /timeline, product concept) for your domain. You will define the product roadmap with the consideration of data availabilities, analytical & business priorities. You will convert business analytical needs and requirements into technical specifications of Data Solution Products, based on which Data Engineering team execute implementation work. You will facilitate problem solving and communications between technical & business in the project team. You will arrange UAT with business users and release regular communications to the stakeholders to ensure the visibilities of the product status. You will also set plan for product improvement/enhancement.

 

Product Design
Based on the business requirement, you will design the analytics product including the data structure and model, the methodology, the UX Interface and visualizations, using PowerBI with the engineer, scientist and PowerBI developer.

 

Product Experience
You will organize product training and draft the user manual. You will also track the usage and adoption rate of the project, and occasionally collect the feedback from the product users to enhance the product.

 

Domain expertise 
You have knowledge and detailed understanding on Human Resources data and analyses, to define and deliver HR analytics capability. You also have knowledge and detailed understanding on Finance data and analyses, to define and deliver analytics capability taking into account Finance business indicators.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master degree from University or an Engineering school with a specialization in Data Analytics or Data Science, completed with a 1st experience as a Data Product manager
  • Strong Data modelling understanding and basic SQL / Python skills
  • Hands on expertise on Visualization e.g. PowerBI (DAX) Understanding of AI framework and Machine Learning concepts (Supervised, Unsupervised learning models, MLOps, etc)
  • DevOps and Agile Development Framework/ Waterfall Project Management ITIL Process Effective Business and technical Documentation
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluent in French and English.
