You are passionate about IT, and have a solid experience in leading IT projects, particularly in the CPG industry.

With a significant experience as an IT Project Manager, involving a variety of solutions / technologies and numerous integrations, you have developed strong technical expertise. 

You define yourself as a real business partner and can illustrate it by your ability to interact with multiple and diverse level of stakeholders, and to adapt yourself in a fast-paced environment. 

You are used to work in multicultural environment and so on to work in English. 
 

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Head of IT Solutions, Commercial Excellence & Digital, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation agenda of our commercial operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that enhance our commercial capabilities, improve efficiency, and support our growth objectives. 

Within this role, you will develop and execute the Digital & IT strategy to support commercial excellence initiatives.

You will lead the implementation of Digital solutions that enhance sales and route to market processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams based in different markets to identify and address business needs.

You will manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

You will have to analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for improving commercial performance.

You will ensure the security and integrity of commercial data and systems. To do it, you will have to stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master degree from University or an Engineering school with a specialization in IT 
• Solid experience as an IT Project manager, as a true business partner, involving a variety of solutions / technologies and numerous integrations
• Proven experience in leading IT projects, particularly in the CPG industry. Commercial / Sales projects, could make the difference
• Strong expertise in best-in-class technologies and commercial excellence.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluent in English.
