Job Responsibilities

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

As a Buyer Industrial & Copacking, your role will be to source and negociate industrial and co-packing categories on Europe market. You will have to manage timing, quality, sustainability and costs aligned with functional, business region & Suntory objectives. Furthermore, you will monitor and optimize procurement strategy.

You will daily have several accountabilities.

Firstly, as a Business Partner on Industrials Services for Suntory Beverage and Food France and Business Partner on Copacking for Europe, you will ensure procurement function alignment with the Business Unit agenda, on all Categories; BU stakeholders engagement towards Procurement strategies.

You will closely work with key stackholders to secure that benefits related to full scope of procurement mission are delivered and registered in BU's. You will also build and develop relationship with BU stackholders, supporting them in change project management and looking tor innovative solutions to improve overall business efficiency.

Secondly, you will work in strategy management. That means you'll give support to project management teams into implementing strategy at Local/European level and lead value creation initiatives on industrial projects according to BU's needs.

Thirdly, you work on performance KPI's, SRM & Continuous improvement. You will build and/or participate to global procurement KPI's objectives and ensure evolution & continuous improvement of such KPI's according to the evolution of the business, in alignment with the Industrials Procurement Director. Furthermore, you will partner with the internal stackholders, develop appropriate supplier relationships to drive and prioritize continuous improvement plans, etc.

Finally, you will work on procurement team efficiency and so you will empower indirects team by being a pro-active member, actively participating with procurement Directors & Managers into driving team efficiency, overall growth dynamic of the Indirects procurement team & defining the bestsourcing procurement processes& tools

  • A University degree level, technical or economical
  • A first Purchasing/supply chain experience
  • A Procurement or CSR specialization is a +
  • Knowledge and experience of the relevant industry sector is a +
  • Excel, PPT & Procurement IT tools
  • Fluent in English, French & Spanish is a +
