Job Summary

Suntory Beverage Food Europe is the French entity of Suntory “Soft Drink” division. This division manufactures, distributes & markets Refreshing Beverages Without Alcohol. The company's portfolio includes more than 20 brands, most notably: Orangina, Schweppes, Oasis, Pulco, Lucozade, Ribena, Trina, La Casera.
SBFE is made up of 4 markets: France & Belgium, UK & Ireland, Iberia and AMC (Africa, Middle East & Caribbean) distributing the products in more than 80 countries.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Reporting to the Indirect Category Manager, you are responsible to assist them with various optimization projects on the categories covering Corporate and Professional Services, as well as some Trade Marketing categories: 
•    Human Resources (Temporary Labor, Recruitment, Capability and Training,) 
•    External Sales Force 
•    Consultancy Services 
•    Travel 
•    Car fleet 
•    Facility Management & Real Estate 
•    Marketing: Point Of Sales Warehousing and Chilling Material  

You’ll be in charge of the following topics :
•    Put into practice the 6 steps of the Procurement process from the definition of needs to the implementation of contracts and share good practices with your stakeholders. 
•    Analyze the market of the assigned categories, follow the evolution and identify opportunities (SWOT) and make proposals. 
•    Look for local or cross-functional opportunities and coordinate them. 
•    Participate to the animation of the stakeholders’ network at European level on the assigned procurement categories. 
•    Actively participate in achieving objectives within one of the procurement pillars (sustainability, innovation, process, etc.). 
•    Act as an ambassador of our Source to Pay processes and tools on Indirect procurement 
•    As part of continuous improvement : follow the procurement performance KPIs and supplier performance through KPIs, SLA or SRM. 
•    Be proactive and make suggestions on processes and tools, share best practices. 

YOUR ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND 
•    Student in Master 2 from Business School or University. Procurement specialization is a plus.
•    A first work experience would be appreciated.

SKILLS REQUIRED
•    Good English level is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
•    Analytical skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Well organized: able to handle several tasks at the same time

This one-year apprenticeship is based in our headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Starting in September/October 2024.
