The purpose of the Category Specialist – Ingredients & Concentrates role is to contribute to and execute world class strategic sourcing events in support of the strategy for the raw materials category. Along with successfully developing and deploying the strategy to achieve maximum value from the category, ultimately providing world class vendor relationship and supply network performance management.

What's in your toolkit?

To enable you to hit the ground running in this fast-paced role, you will have:

  • 5+ Years prior experience in procurement and strategic sourcing
  • Confidence with the ability to think on your feet and simplify complex messages
  • Robust negotiation skills and experience in contract management
  • An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • A growth mindset with problem solving abilities and strategic thinking
  • Robust stakeholder management and communication skills (Written/Verbal)
  • Intellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better outcome
  • Experience in fruit sourcing or grower knowledge (Desirable)
