You are precise and you enjoy the hustle and bustle of the FMCG world. You are fluent in English and Italy both in writing and in speaking.
YOUR ROLE
In the role as Sales coordinator you will Bring Channels, Wholesaler & Customer Plans to life by supporting and monitoring partners in sales initiatives.
Some of your areas of responsibility are:
- Supports the Area Director in Channel and Customer Planning process, by providing insights, developing contents & initiatives.
- Support Partners sales Managers by contributing to shape specific customers plans where needed.
- Constantly interacts with Partners Sales Team to monitor execution progress and support them
- Regularly participates to partners Sales Meeting to ensure focus on Suntory portfolio via insights, product inductions, brand storytelling.
- Provides specific support, guidance and monitoring to Partners in leading Promoters and Merchandisers teams, also by leading special projects.
- Delivers continuous training to Promoters and Merchandisers
- Performs frequent Gemba activity to monitor brand activation initiatives, including competitors’ ones

REQUIEREMENTS
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. Experience in trade mktg is a plus.
- Knowledge of FMCG route to market On and Off trade in Italy.
- Knowledge of process and dynamics of customer planning in Italian Retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience of License or Distribution business models is a strong plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and with autonomy.
- Good analytical skills.
- Italian mother tongue + strong command of English language
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PPT, Excel)
