The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Indirect Key Account Manager to join our team and support the growth of our business in Victoria and Tasmania. This is an incredible opportunity to make your mark, working alongside passionate individuals while contributing to the future of the beverage industry. This role sits on the Soft-Drink side of the organisation working with brands such as V Energy, Boss Coffee and Maximus.
In this position, you will work closely with the Indirect Channel Head to drive sales and profit growth through effective account management strategies. Your focus will be on managing distributor accounts in Victoria and Tasmania, negotiating trading terms, executing promotional programs, and ensuring the success of key business partnerships.
You will collaborate with internal teams, including the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and Field Team, to ensure smooth execution of plans that drive business growth. Your expertise will be pivotal in the delivery of P&L goals and achieving revenue and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Management: Develop growth strategies and build JBPs with key distributor customers in Victoria and Tasmania.
- Finance Management: Oversee P&L expenditure, manage trade spend, and process claims and accruals.
- Marketing & Sales Execution: Execute sales and marketing initiatives while managing forecasts and participating in the IBP process.
- Field Support & Engagement: Collaborate with the VIC/TAS Field Team to ensure sales execution and support strategic goals with RBMs and Field Managers.

- Prior Account Management experience is mandatory (FMCG Industry experience would be considered a bonus).
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills.

- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- A team player with a positive and collaborative mindset.
