The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager – Fitness to take the Celsius brand to the next level within the fitness channel (Gyms & Supplements Stores).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win new business – Identify, target, and convert opportunities in the fitness channel through cold calls, presentations, and trade show networking.
  • Expand Celsius’ reach – Increase physical availability, visibility, and distribution across gyms, studios, and other fitness outlets.
  • Build powerful partnerships – Work closely with internal National & Key Account Managers to bring customers on board, set them up for success, and execute impactful promotional activity.
  • Deliver on strategy – Execute channel plans, fridge placements, and partnership programs that put Celsius in the spotlight.
  • Manage the numbers – Keep trade spend within budget, forecast sales, and track performance against KPIs.
  • Be the face of Celsius in fitness – Respond to customer needs quickly, represent the brand at industry events, and bring the energy everywhere you go.

 

Where do you fit in?

To help you hit the ground running, we're looking for someone with:

 

  • A passion for the fitness industry – whether through personal interest, hobbies, or previous work in gyms, sports nutrition, or supplements.
  • Sales experience, proven success in business development or new business generation, ideally within beverages, FMCG, fitness, or supplements.
  • A hunter mindset – proactive, persistent, and passionate about winning, with a track record of identifying opportunities and turning them into lasting partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from gym owners to national distributors.
  • Knowledge of the gym and fitness supplements space (e.g., Nutrition Warehouse) and how to build commercial partnerships in the channel.
