We’re looking for a Senior Capital Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large, complex and strategically significant capital projects across Oceania
Reporting to the Capital Works & Technology Director, you will drive project delivery from concept through to commissioning, ensuring strong governance, commercial outcomes, and safe execution.
This is a high-impact, regional role where you will:
- Lead major multi-site capital projects across manufacturing and supply chain
- Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and safety outcomes
- Develop robust business cases, feasibility studies and project governance frameworks
- Drive commercial performance including capex, procurement strategy and contract negotiations
- Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, finance and external partners
- Coach and mentor project managers while lifting overall project capability
- Champion safety, continuous improvement and effective change management
Based in Auckland or Brisbane, you will play a key role in shaping Suntory’s capital project delivery capability across the region.

You’re a seasoned capital projects leader who thrives in complexity and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery expertise.
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale capital projects in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including capex and contract management
- Advanced project management capability and governance expertise
- Proven ability to manage risk, ambiguity and multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to uplift team capability
- Deep understanding of engineering, construction and commissioning practices
Bonus if you have:
- Formal project management qualifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience leading capital portfolios
- SAP or AutoCAD exposure
