What you'll be doing:

• Leading and developing a high performing team of 6
• Managing multiple production lines to ensure we are meeting delivery objectives
• Ensuring we are meeting safety and quality standards
• Delivering the production plan and making suggestion for continuous improvement
• Identifying and mitigating any risks that may effect production

Please note this role does involve shift work.

What's in your toolkit?

• Previous experience in manufacturing within an FMCG environment
• Continuous improvement mindset – if you have experience with operational excellence this is a bonus
• Experience leading and developing a high performing team
• A strong, clear communicator with ability to influence key stakeholders and apply a strong health and safety mindset.
• A solutions-focused approach– you can solve every problem
• Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to be agile.
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable, but training can be provided.
