The Opportunity

The site packaging manager will be responsible for managing the delivery and improvement of our manufacturing processes whilst building capability within our people.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the continuous improvement (Monozukuri Way) for our manufacturing processes and systems to improve performance
  • Support the design and implementation for the learning DOJO to help drive capability within our people
  • Coach and mentor our manufacturing leaders to help support our goal of semi autonomous operations
  • Lead the capital works implementations for projects less than $500,000 and support delivery of our plant modernization plan through PMO
  • Champion the all for quality mindset to ensure we meet and exceed our quality standards
  • Lead change initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption within the business

What's in your toolkit?

  • Experience in a senior leadership role within FMCG or a similar highly regulated environment
  • A degree in engineering or relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and successfully implementing strategic initiatives
  • Experience managing and developing large high performing teams
  • Highly experienced with lean manufacturing tools and concepts
  • A continuous improvement mindset you will consistently come up with innovative solutions to drive efficiencies
