Our engineering maintenance managers are critical in ensuring our plant is running efficiently and is able to meet the needs of our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the preventative, reactive and corrective maintence for our PET lines
• Lead and develop a team of 8
• Lead the team to drive line efficiency and OEE
• Work closely with the with the maintenance planners to ensure work is executed
• Participate in the maintenance shut down program to ensure execution to plan
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure we are operating efficiently

About you | Nō hea koe

• Previous experience managing a team
• Previous experience in manufacturing maintenance – experience with aseptic or carbonated fillers is highly desired
• Experience managing a team through significant change
• Electrical qualification/degree or process engineering degree
•  Experience with automation would be highly desired
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Experience with lean manufacturing
