Our engineering maintenance managers are critical in ensuring our plant is running efficiently and is able to meet the needs of our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the preventative, reactive and corrective maintence for our PET lines
- Lead and develop a team of 8
- Lead the team to drive line efficiency and OEE
- Work closely with the with the maintenance planners to ensure work is executed
- Participate in the maintenance shut down program to ensure execution to plan
- Drive continuous improvement to ensure we are operating efficiently
About you | Nō hea koe
- Previous experience managing a team
- Previous experience in manufacturing maintenance – experience with aseptic or carbonated fillers is highly desired
- Experience managing a team through significant change
- Electrical qualification/degree or process engineering degree
- Experience with automation would be highly desired
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with lean manufacturing
