This role is pivotal in ensuring that we can produce our great products to ensure we can deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the receipting and inventory ($25mil) movements of our raw materials
• Working with our supply planners on raw materials scheduling
• Setting the strategic direction for the department – ensuring we are focusing on inventory best practices
• Identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce costs
• Delivering capital projects to ensure we are running efficiently with minimal waste
• Ensuring we meet compliance for dangerous goods handling
• Creating weekly labor plans with internal and 3PL partners
• Leading and developing a high performing team of 5 direct reports

What's in your toolkit?

• Experience in a similar role managing inwards goods department – FMCG/manufacturing would be a bonus
• Knowledge of NZ compliance and safety standards
• Experience creating and leading high performing team
• A continuous improvement mindset
•  Experience managing capital works projects
