We’re looking for an experienced Beverage Manager to join our Supply Chain & Quality team at our Wiri manufacturing site in Auckland.
In this senior manufacturing leadership role, you will lead the delivery, optimisation and continuous improvement of our beverage manufacturing processes. You’ll play a critical role in driving safety, quality, efficiency, and capability across our Beverage teams, while progressing our semi-autonomous manufacturing vision through strong leadership, data-led improvement, and people development.
This is a high-impact role with ownership of process excellence, capital integration, and team engagement — ideal for a leader passionate about Monozukuri, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing manufacturing teams.

You’re a confident manufacturing leader with deep FMCG experience, who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments. You lead with purpose, data and curiosity, and are passionate about coaching teams to achieve sustainable performance improvements.
You bring:
- Strong experience leading beverage or process manufacturing teams
- A continuous improvement mindset, grounded in Lean / Six Sigma practices
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and change leadership skills
- A commitment to safety, quality and people development
- The ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic outcomes
