Passionate about Human Resources, and more specifically about talent management and development, you have made this your area of expertise.
Your academic training and professional experience have enabled you to acquire a strong knowledge in talent management, including performance management, talent identification and development.
You have good interpersonal skills and a strong ability to adapt and can develop privileged contacts with people at all levels. You are also able to demonstrate rigor and organizational skills, and to make proposals.
You had the opportunity to evolve in international environments and have developed a good level of professional English.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the CoE Talent Partner, you will play a central role in the Talent Centre of Expertise (CoE) by supporting and ensuring the efficient, consistent and high-quality embedment of CoE processes and priorities across geographic boundaries.
You will operate locally, regionally and or globally depending on the project and or responsibilities.
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will develop and implement talent management systems that align with organizational objectives and drive accountability. You will manage the tasks within talent processes such as the creation of user guides and e-Learning modules, conduction of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing, regular data analysis/reporting (status & completion of core processes, analytics), and management of the People & Culture Hub and MySU space.
You will manage end-to-end projects assigned autonomously and timely, bringing external best practices and retrieving local Gemba insights/feedback to improve our CoE practices as well as employee experience.
You will provide guidance and support to managers and P&C on effective talent management practices to ensure a great and consistent employee experience. You will assess and support their development and knowledge to execute core Talent CEO processes.
You will ensure all materials and information are updated and easily accessible for all employees and P&C teams.
You will work closely with Talent Leads to plan core cycle activities, retrieve local GEMBA feedback/insights and bring in external best practice to continually challenge and improve our global CoE approach.
You will collaborate with Business Partnering & People Partner teams as appropriate to drive initiatives that increase Employee & Manager capability to own Talent processes.
You will support communication of Talent Management COE, tailoring or adapting as necessary and/or translating to SBFE languages.
We will count on you to proactively work with Business Partnering & People Partner teams and business to identify qualified needs with a clear focus on identifying and developing market’s talents.
You will develop key-user guides & update/anticipate frequently asked questions.
We will expect from you to act with a Yatte Minahare spirit, with a continuous improvement mindset by learning from success / failure along the way, with strong will to create value and drive results by actively participate in meetings as a subject matter expert with the ability to make process improvement recommendations.
You will collaborate on the enhancing of reports and dashboards ensuring the accuracy of various data by collaborating with the SBFI, SBF APAC talent teams, as well as the HRIS and HRIT teams.

Skills and Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources from a business school and/or university, completed by a first successful experience in talent management, including performance management and talent reviews
- Analytical skills and comfort with systems, ideally with experience in Success Factors
- Strong communication and presenting skills in English and other languages such as French and Spanish are desirable
- Strong Technical acumen, including MS Office and LMS, LXP (experience a plus)
- Familiarity with e-Learning tools and principles
- Inquisitive, curious nature with problem solving abilities
- Ability to consult and influence
- Strong organizational, inter-personal and time management skills
- High level of initiative taking and ability to function autonomously.
