💡 About the Role

This is more than a project management role.

As our R&D Technical Project Leader for Iberia, you will be at the heart of innovation, leading the technical development and industrialization of exciting projects across our portfolio, including all our iconics brands: Schweppes, La Casera, Trina, between others and future category expansion initiatives.

From the initial concept to the first production run, you'll be the driving force that transforms innovation into reality.

You'll own the technical project roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure every milestone is successfully delivered while balancing consumer needs, technical feasibility, quality, speed and business objectives.

🎯 What you'll be doing

✨ Leading innovation and product development projects across Iberia.

✨ Building and driving project plans from idea generation through launch.

✨ Coordinating key stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and external partners.

✨ Assessing technical feasibility and managing project risks.

✨ Leading industrial trials and overseeing first production runs, including at our Toledo manufacturing site.

✨ Bringing teams together, aligning priorities and influencing decisions across multiple functions.

✨ Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, optimization and future innovation.

This is a highly visible regional role with significant exposure to both local and international stakeholders.

✅ What You Need to Succeed

Technical Expertise 🔬

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
  • Solid experience leading R&D, innovation, product development or industrialization projects.
  • Strong understanding of product, packaging and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and align teams without direct people management responsibility.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Talent for navigating complexity and driving decisions forward.
