THE JOB
As a Sales Capability Specialist Iberia, you will support the implementation of the commercial capabilities strategy during a major transformation project. Initially focused on project and change management, the role will evolve into a position responsible for training, incentives, and performance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between Sales Capabilities, PMO, Steering Committee, and external vendors.
- Coordinate activities, dependencies, and deliverables across streams.
- Lead change initiatives and design communication plans to drive adoption.
- Support the design and implementation of the new Sales Capabilities department.
- Design training strategies and materials for the sales force.
- Develop incentive schemes aligned with business objectives.
- Define and implement performance systems, including corrective actions.

- Previous experience in consultancy or project management.

- Familiarity with RTM and commercial management.
- Ability to manage complex projects in FMCG environments
