THE JOB

As a Sales Capability & Change Management Manager, you will lead the comprehensive strategy to enhance the organization’s commercial capabilities across regions. This role integrates training, incentives, and performance systems to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives. You will act as a key enabler of the Commercial Excellence strategy, managing change and fostering a culture of excellence. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute the commercial capabilities strategy aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Lead the Sales Capability strategy, developing training content and ensuring implementation in the field.
  • Design and implement incentive strategies and performance monitoring tools.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate initiative effectiveness and impact.
  • Manage change by implementing new work models, tools, and processes using recognized methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
  • Drive communication and engagement to facilitate adoption of change.
  • Ensure alignment with global strategy and coordinate with regional teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners for training and incentive programs.

  • Proven experience leading strategic commercial projects.
  • Deep knowledge of training, incentives, and performance programs.
  • Ability to influence and manage at Director level and engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analysis and performance monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR).
  • Strong analytical skills to define KPIs and measure impact.
