🚀 About the Role
As Revenue Growth Manager for Pack Price Architecture & Mix, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable revenue and profit growth across the Iberia business.
You'll lead strategic initiatives across Price Pack Architecture and Mix Management, using advanced analytics, scenario modelling, and commercial insights to identify opportunities that maximize value creation.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you'll:
- Define and implement pricing and pack architecture strategies that unlock growth.
- Develop scenario planning models to evaluate pricing and pack opportunities.
- Lead Mix Management initiatives, identifying the right products, channels, and customers to accelerate profitability.
- Translate insights into actionable commercial plans alongside Sales and Marketing.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions, and emerging trends to anticipate opportunities and risks.
- Contribute to the development of next-generation RGM tools and capabilities as part of our transformation journey

✅ What You'll Need To Succeed
ou'll be successful in this role if you bring a strong blend of commercial thinking, analytical capability, and stakeholder influence.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in Revenue Growth Management and strong financial acumen.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and experience working with tools such as SAP Business Objects and commercial data platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with Commercial Finance and cross-functional commercial teams.
- A proven ability to manage complexity, lead change, and drive results through others.
- A growth mindset, curiosity, resilience, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience within FMCG, Horeca, or Food channels will be a strong advantage
