PoS Activation Executive
BRAND EXECUTIVE
ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about developing brand strategies and implementing branding plans at the point of sale (POS). You have solid experience in generating initiatives and materials that align with the brand strategy in the channel, using key levers such as sampling, visibility on aisle and out of aisle. Additionally, you are efficient in using the allocated budget, ensuring that each action has maximum impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for planning events and productions at the point of sale (POS) according to the Brand Plan. You will work on implementing POS visibility materials together with the Field Team. Additionally, you will manage the annual budget to cover all the needs of the brands and control the warehouses to ensure efficient logistics.
WHATS THERE FOR YOU
The main competencies that you will develop:
- Comprehensive Planning Experience: Develop and execute PoS activation plans based on Brand Plans, and plan monthly A&P activities.
- Budget Management: Oversee A&P budgets by concept, including PLV and events, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Strategic Execution: Analyze brand performance through KPIs, present findings to the Board of Directors, and liaise with the Brand Owners Committee.
- Event and Material Planning: Plan PoS materials and events, aligning with channel promotions, launches, and communications. Ensure quality and timely delivery with suppliers.
- Inventory Control: Manage PoS material stocks and warehousing, ensuring efficiency and availability.
- Sales Support: Develop field sales toolkits and activate cross-promotions with partners to align visibility objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize tools and KPIs to track ROI visibility and ensure materials efficiency (STP).
- Collaborative Environment: Work in a dynamic team, contributing to T2T staged projects and aligning with overall brand strategy.
WHAT I NEED TO SUCEED ON THE ROLE
Background:
- Experience in point of sale (PoS) environments.
- Knowledge of brand strategy and functional team coordination.
- High level of proficiency in English.
- Expertise in budget management for developing PoS materials with suppliers.
- Strong understanding of market, customer, and PoS dynamics.

- Ability to manage multiple points of contact effectively.

- Self-control to handle urgent situations calmly.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to structure, synthesize, and present information clearly.
