People & Culture Trainee

THE JOB
As a Trainee in the People & Culture team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of tasks and projects. You will support the development and implementation of our People strategy, including benchmarking, monitoring indicators, and coordinating communication actions. You will also assist gathering KPIs and drafting technical reports, that will drive our agenda.
In addition, you will be involved in the talent identification process, creating support materials for people analytics, and participating in training sessions for managers.
You will support both the hard and soft aspects of talent acquisition, from selection processes to employer branding projects on LinkedIn. Your role will also include assisting with internal job postings, inclusive recruitment, and participating in events and presentations at schools and business schools.
Furthermore, you will contribute to internal communication tasks, such as organizing events, preparing communication templates, and coordinating microtasks with other areas. You will also participate in communication projects, including shadowing for learning and attending alignment meetings with markets for initiatives like Pride Month, Green Week, Yellow Storm, and SunnyStars.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCED ON THE ROLE
- You are studying a Master’s degree in any related field with People & Culture, Communications or MBA
- Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and align stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to drive actions through the team without formal authority.
- Strong focus on delivery and results, with high levels of motivation and energy.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Passionate about FMCG industry is a plus
