Operations Demand And Supply Planner

You are a qualified supply planner with skills on demand planning, looking to move to a fast pace industry for a temporary role. You’re have great analytical & numeracy skills. You’re a team player that will connect with the different stakeholders required for the role. You are oriented to results and customers. You have a continuous improvement, flexible and agile mindset.

THE JOB

You’ll be part of our high performing Supply team  and your purpose will be to plan, monitor and guarantee the supply of ingredients and packaging for the fulfillment of weekly production plans.

Your main responsibilities will be to maintain robust supply communication with suppliers and internal factories (Toledo & Sevilla). You will analyze production plan n+1 and n+2 in order to ensure whole raw materials needed on time. It will be your responsibility to deal with supply issues as supplier orders delay, supplier orders advance, trucks arrival, production adjustments… Also you will be in charge of introducing Intrastat orders and to request new material into the system. To check as well as approve new designs in AWA.You will follow up AAFF Flow between Marketing and Supplier. To manage tank concentrate orders (pineapple and Orange), as well as quinine orders. To approve PCN requests. Checking block materials pushing to find a solution. To keep supply check points in Labels and Caps for purchase orders replenishment. And compare safety stock of raw materials versus real stock to balance them.

• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Intermediate English
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• SAP
• Reporting Tools (BO, BW…)
