THE JOB
As a Materials & Packaging Finance Business Partner, you will be part of the Iberia Finance Operations team, supporting product costing and financial planning across materials and packaging. You will play a key role in improving reporting, driving automation, and supporting sustainability initiatives, while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Costing & SAP Expertise: Ensure accurate product costing at SKU level, validate and update standard costs in SAP, and support profitability analysis.
- Raw Materials & Packaging Management: Analyze raw materials and packaging, track commodity indices, review open POs and GRIRs, and support sustainability initiatives.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop budgets and forecasts for raw materials, packaging, and sustainability-related taxes and fees.
- Reporting & Analysis: Design and maintain reporting tools to track cost variations by SKU and channel, and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Integrate financial planning with procurement, supply planning, marketing, and finance teams across Iberia and Europe.
- Project Support: Act as a key partner to the Operations Finance Director and contribute to strategic initiatives like the Fusion project.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Advanced SAP knowledge (IP/MM/COPA/FI).
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience in product costing and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
