ABOUT THE ROLE
As IT Service Delivery Manager – UX & Operations, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of IT services across Iberia, ensuring an excellent user experience while maintaining stable, secure and efficient BAU operations.
You will act as the local UX champion for IT services, driving continuous improvement across workplaces, offices, factories and warehouses, while ensuring alignment with regional standards, security and compliance requirements. Reporting locally to the Iberia IT Manager and functionally to the Regional Head of IT User Experience, you will be the single point of accountability for IT service quality in the market.
Your scope will cover:
- End User Computing, workplace and device lifecycle
- Network and connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN)
- Local site infrastructure and factory-critical IT services
- Vendor and budget management
- Local project delivery with strong UX integration
Regular visits to supported sites will be part of the role to ensure a deep understanding of operational realities and user needs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure or a similar role
- Strong background in IT infrastructure environments (networks, operating systems, telecom, hosting)
- Solid knowledge of systems and network management (Active Directory, Windows Server, TCP/IP networking; Cisco environments are a plus)
- Proven experience in IT project delivery, including working with regional and global teams
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong understanding of IT support and service models (ITIL v3 knowledge preferred)
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets and purchase orders
- Ability to manage small teams and coordinate local consultants or project managers
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
- High level of organizational awareness and comfort working in multicultural environments
Languages
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Fluent Spanish is mandatory
- Additional languages are a plus
