ABOUT THE ROLE
Accountability 1 : Budget & cost optimisation/ Performance reporting
- Deliver financial targets for the portfolio through negotiations activities and proactive optimization projects
- Drive the negotiation on all the terms & conditions including prices review with a TCO approach
- Ensure appropriate reporting (coverage, savings, suppliers number,…) to the Procurement management.
- Develop partnership in the budget definition process with stakeholders
Accountability 2 : Market insights and business partnering
- Follow up market evolutions regularly to identify new risks & opportunities. Manage proactively communication with stakeholders to share relevant market information.
- Ensure alignment with the business developing close collaboration with main stakeholders.
- Support and provide inputs to Head of Category on strategy for other sub-categories

Accountability 3 : Compliance, Supplier Performance & risk management
- Develop appropriate suppliers' relationships to deliver full procurement value. Hold regular Business review meeting with most critical suppliers. Besides negotiation areas, monitor quality & KPI’s adherence, having clear action plans and follow up done during the year.
- Drive continuous improvement by putting in place and monitoring SRM/SLA with key suppliers.
- Develop effective risk management on his/her category. Highlight risks to direct report to find solutions
- Develop alternative sourcing (locations, suppliers, specifications) when relevant
- Develop framework agreements at BU and SBFE level
Accountability 4 : Continuous Improvement, Innovation & Sustainability
- Be an active member of Procurement Community and SBFE stakeholders
- Define and follow a pipeline of projects defined with stakeholders and Source To Pay projects
- Proactively support the organisation to progress on CSR engagements
WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- A University degree level, technical or economical
- CIPS qualified, studying towards or equivalent studies
- Strong track record of purchasing experience in various Indirect areas including IT and Business Services
- Coupa (preferred or any other StP tools) / BI tools / Microsoft fluency
- Fluent in English
- French and /or Spanish professional level is a plus
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Team player, Cross-cultural spirit, able to fit in a diverse team split in different key hubs in Europe
- Agility, Flexibility, “think out of the box”
- Exceptional analytical ability
- Organized, meet deadlines, results orientated
- Strong Project management skills
