Adaptable, strategic, and resourceful, you are fluent in English (Portuguese a plus) and eager to make a lasting impact in Portugal’s vibrant business landscape.
About your role
As the General Manager Portugal based in Lisbon, you will take ownership of the commercial strategy and operational leadership for the market, a market where we operate through HORECA and Retail channels. Your role combines the excitement of shaping market direction with the responsibility of managing a high-performing team. You will collaborate closely with the department and appointing manager to deliver exceptional results, build strong client relationships, and uphold our company’s values and vision. Your insights will guide critical decisions, ensuring the company’s continued growth and reputation in Portugal.

What You need to be successful
- Extensive experience in general or commercial management roles, within a fast moving consumer goods environment.
- Experience and knowledge of both HORECA and retail channels
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent track record of success in the ownership and growth of a P&L
- Proven ability to develop and crucially execute successful business strategies.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English; Portuguese language skills highly regarded.
- Adaptability, ambition, and a drive for results.
