THE JOB

As Corporate Planning & Analysis Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of the organization. You will lead planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling informed decision-making. Reporting to the Iberia Finance Director, you will collaborate with local and regional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Operations, Demand Planning, and Trade Marketing.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Financial Planning & Analysis function for Iberia, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Driving the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning processes.
  • Managing SG&A performance across functions, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
  • Acting as the “source of truth” for Iberia, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting and analysis.
  • Reporting financial performance and strategic updates to the European region.
  • Integrating FP&A into the IBP process, collaborating with commercial, demand, and supply chain teams.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing FP&A team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Championing process enhancement and digitalization initiatives within FP&A, ensuring agility and data integrity.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in regional or multinational environments.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience.
  • Advanced financial analysis and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Ability to work autonomously with strategic thinking and results orientation.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and process automation.
