Consolidation Analyst

About your role

As a Consolidation Analyst, you will support the SBFE consolidation process, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely consolidated financial figures for both statutory and management reporting.
You will be part of a central finance team and play a key role in connecting markets, ensuring consistency in IFRS application, and strengthening financial governance across SBFE.
This role brings together consolidation, accounting close and financial controls, offering strong exposure to regional finance, auditors and senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Consolidation & Financial Reporting
•    Support the SBFE consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting
•    Contribute to the preparation of yearly standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS
•    Act as a contact for markets on IFRS topics, including IFRS 16, ensuring consistent application
Month-End Close & Accounting
•    Participate in the monthly accounting close process and support markets in meeting deadlines
•    Lead the intercompany (ICP) matching and validation process, resolving differences with local teams
Financial Controls & Governance
•    Support the implementation and monitoring of financial control frameworks
•    Ensure consistent application of policies, methodologies and control standards across markets
•    Assist with documentation of controls, evidence and follow-up actions
Audit & Compliance
•    Support quarterly audits, acting as a key contact for auditors
•    Prepare audit documentation and coordinate responses to queries
•    Track audit findings and support remediation actions
Stakeholder Management
•    Act as a key contact for market finance teams on consolidation and control topics
•    Collaborate closely with Regional Finance, GBS and Internal Control teams to drive continuous improvement

What You need to be successful

•    Solid finance and accounting experience, with strong knowledge of IFRS
•    Good understanding of finance systems (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel skills
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured mindset
•    High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
•    Fluent in English
•    Collaborative, proactive and able to manage sensitive information with discretion
•    Comfortable working with multicultural teams and adapting your communication style
