Category Executive
YOU
As a Category Specialist, you develop and implement strategies for the categories we operate in within the Food channel, while identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the Soft Drinks categories. You are passionate about uncovering new opportunities in the Soft Drinks market and are dedicated to driving the expansion of categories that are not currently active.
YOUR ROLE
As a Category Specialist, your primary responsibility is to analyze the categories within the Food channel to gain valuable insights. These insights will guide the development and optimization of our product assortment, promotional strategies, and shelf management. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring that our categories are effectively positioned to meet market demands. Your passion for uncovering new opportunities and driving category expansion will be key to our success.

- Category Trends
- Shopper Insights
- Category Development (GPC, Formats roles, Innovation, identify consumer needs, Competition Knowledge)
- Planogramming Guidelines
- Develop Perfect Store Implementation to ensure Sales execution
- Assortment Prioritization per subchannel
- ROI of PoS Implementations
- On Shelf Stocks Control
- RGM Levers coworking: Price & PPA
- Deep dive Sell-Out Analysis (Nielsen) & Shopper Analysis (Kantar)
- Reports & Presentations
- Data interpretation
- Market Opps (Category & subchannels level)
- Catman al maximum detail
WHATS THERE FOR YOU
- Strategic Impact: Engage in the analysis and generation of proposals to drive category growth using Category Management levers.
- Innovative Projects: Lead the creation and implementation of the Perfect Store concept, including linear arrangements, secondary displays, ROI visibility, and assortment optimization.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage category projects to ensure continuous improvement and success.
- Professional Growth: Develop your skills in category analysis, strategic planning, and project management, positioning yourself as a key player in the company's growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Typical background:
- Category Management experience
- English: high level
- Managing On shelf Management tools (Spaceman)
- Market, Customer and POS Knowledge
- Very high analytical level (Nielsen, Kantar, internal and external VTA sources, excel, ppt)
Competencies:
- Analytical and high data interpretation capability
- Planning, structured, synthesis and presentation to clients
