About your role
Supporting MEM Operation Manager in terms of:
- Secure ME asset management and service performance on market
- Improve MEM productivity in operation and cost efficiency
- Joining in develop capabilities of MEM team, customer and suppliers
What You'll Do
- Daily tracking and verify MEM service ticket, which includes ME logistic, new deployment/ revoke, repair and maintenance to ensure service performance meeting expectation and company process.
- Drive MEM service for Repair & Mantainance on market by lead operation process through agency supply service.
- Timely alert to company, suppliers on risk of ME service in term of technical issue, safe, non-compliance activities, etc. Consult with manager, coordinate to related functions for action plan and following up.
- Provide and execute working plan on field; support team members on effective working schedule.
- Deliver training course for key customer in term of PM operation process & technical advise
- Coordinate to support team members, supplier in equipping right spare part, working equipment for service on field.
- Joining in develop training material, working report on advanced products, solution and conduct meeting/ training course to customer, supplier and team member timely.
- Follow up company policy, ensure the KC of MEM team at location meet GCS target
- Directly to deliver repairing at outlet for very urgent case to support speed of service for key customer or as business need
- Other ad-hoc requests to support business & other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
What You need to be successful
- College or University graduation in engineering
- At least 3 years experiences on field engineering/ supervisor
- Possess high compliance standards, detail-oriented, good at process guideline
- Good communication/ interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
- English skill for reading/ writing at daily work
- Good at computer skill of Microsoft Works, Microsoft Excels, Microsoft PowerPoint
