 Job Summary:

  1. Driving & ensure Food Safety Compliance of MEM equipment by working with CS team, Government laws, Global auditor, Customers and R&M agencies to deliver preventive action plan to mitigate and eliminate Risks of Food Safety before it happen and impact to Customers, End users and Media social network becoming company crisis.
  2. Work with CS team, Global team, Supplier of MEM equipment to develop and update MEM R&M Standards continuously, benchmarking with Customer standards and take learning from Suntory Pepsico affiliates following new service model by dedicated team & new biz requirement.
  3. Work with H&S team to ensure Safety in all of service operation for Company due to using Hydrocarbon equipment (highest level Flammability Gas) when deploy execution to R&M agencies.
  4. Develop proposal the unique standards ever of Parts Matrix Replacement for SPVB to use as much as MEM equipment up to over 10 years by understanding and balancing between technical knowledge and food safety compliance, contribute to return of investment for company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Food Safety Compliance:

    • Manage and ensure Food Safety Compliance of MEM equipment by collaborating with CS team, Government laws, Global auditor, Customers, and R&M agencies.
    • Handle Customer issues/feedbacks about Food Safety of MEM equipment immediately, investigate root causes, and propose corrective action plans to Excoms for approval and processing.
    • Develop 3rd Party audits to conduct physical checks on all MEM R&M SOPs, ensuring compliance and issuing warnings and punishments according to MEM Policy.
  2. Service Standards Development:

    • Work with CS team, Global team, and MEM equipment suppliers to continuously develop and update MEM R&M Standards.
    • Benchmark with Customer standards and learn from Suntory Pepsico affiliates.
    • Align with Internal Control and Finance Control for transparency in all MEM R&M Standards, setting up key controls and obtaining higher-level approval.
    • Develop unique Parts Matrix Replacement standards for SPVB to use MEM equipment for over 10 years, balancing technical knowledge and food safety compliance.
  3. Hydrocarbon Service Compliance:

    • Collaborate with H&S team to ensure Safety in all service operations involving Hydrocarbon equipment.
    • Update from Global team and Government laws regarding Flammability Gas to reflect all MEM equipment operations of SPVB.
    • Conduct physical checks on R&M Service safety compliance from Warehouse to Market, issuing warnings and taking corrective actions immediately.
  4. Integration Technical Gate Global to Local:

    • Work with Global team to expand audit scope to more customers and specified check-points as required by Excom.
    • Collaborate with CM/CD/OP team and Customers to ensure SPVB standards are applied from technical drawing to new store openings.
    • Provide improvement solutions for all MEM equipment in the market that do not meet SPVB/Global standards.

Skills and Experience

  • Engineer's degree
  • Strategic Planning
  • Problem Solving, Influencing, Stakeholders management, Advance Presentation,
  • Refrigerant & Environment law Certificate.
  • Good in communication/ interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
  • Analytical, systematically, problem solving skills
  • Careful, accurate with figures 
  • Good in English: especially in reading, writing. Do excellent communication with foreign suppliers & global team
  • Good in Computer skills: especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
