MEM Operations Executive - North 2
Job Summary
- Drive assets management on market for cross channel as delegated location for all MEs & Rack.
- Deliver MEM quality control process to ensure compliance with MEM policy, Rack management process both of 2 side document physical & data input on system
- Key contact of MEM location between sale & MEM to coordinate & support sale in term of company process, guideline, customer service, asset investment, QR performance, communication & reporting.
Job Responsibilities
ASSET MANAGEMENT:
- Drive the performance of the asset management by follow up action on QR tracking with sale team cross channel
- Handling daily operation of MEM & sale process to be ensure all our transition on system & in market on time in full to support sale front line.
- Track and follow up with the sale team to correct information asset on market with MEM system
- Follow up the recover asset on the market update system by MEM process
- Daily follow up deployment marketing equipment to market as AOP for new installation, recall & replacement as process.
MEM POLICY CONTROL:
- QC data, document on MEM system requests, according to MEM policy & SOA, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of last updated information on system.
- Ensure all progress have been compliance as policy from accuracy document to SOA of approval before input into the system.
- Drive key control of MEM process as GCS expectation, follow up corrective action plan of MEM audit progress, coordinate to support to complete CAP with internal team.
- Support LM to verify the target asset management & monthly result of exertion by ASO/Outlet have Rack & MEs.
AS COORINATOR AND SUPPORTER TO DRIVE PRODUCTIVITY
- Coordinate and follow up the request from sale frontline/supporting dept. and ensure deployment request OTIF
- Drive the performance of ME new deployment on the market in all channels, this includes but not limited to ME new installation report and analysis
- Track and forecast to spend OPEX Cost, ensure the payment on process OTIF and under AOP budget.
- Follow up the purchasing, payment process OTIF & verify documentary compliance
- Asking to support business from LM
ANALYSIS & REPORTING:
- Result of filed check for QR, Unidentified, Quality. New installation progress & right store Report. OPEX tracking, KC Self-test
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Skills and Experience
- University graduation
- At least 3 years experiences of technical / sales / TMKT in FMCG
- Possess high compliance standards, result & detail-oriented, good at process guideline
- Excellent in computer skills and presentation
- Good communication/ interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
- English skill for reading/ writing at daily work
