About your role

Ensure the safety and health of the entire non-manufacturing workforce — office staff, field sales representatives, company event & MEM network across Vietnam. Develop and maintain a Commercial EHS Management System covering all non-manufacturing operations including hazard identification, safety work instruction, safety report, incident investigation, emergency response. This role accountable for EHS among geographically dispersed and non-plant employees

What You'll Do

1. Sales Safety
Develop and roll out safety training programs for the field sales workforce, including legal compliance training, safety guidelines, and defensive driving programs to reduce road safety risks.
Develop and maintain a driver safety policy covering all employees using company vehicles or personal vehicles for business purposes
2. Offices Safety
Ensure safe working environments across all SPVB office locations. Conduct regular workplace safety assessments and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with legal and SPVB safety standards.
3. 3PL Safety (Off-site)
Develop and enforce safety standards for all off-site third-party logistics (3PL) operations. Conduct periodic compliance assessments to ensure alignment with SPVB's H&S requirements and applicable legal regulations.
4. MEM Safety
Oversee safety compliance for Merchandising (MEM) activities, ensuring risk assessments and safety controls are in place for all activations and field operations.
Safe work instructions / one-point lessons
5. Company event Safety
Conduct safety risk assessments for company event
Establish a mandatory event safety checklist for agencies and event contractors prior to approval
Work with organizers to embed EHS requirements into agency briefings
6. EHS System, Reporting & Incident Management
Develop and maintain a Commercial EHS Management System as a unified framework across all non-manufacturing operations, aligned with SPVB EHS standards and ISO 45001. This includes standardizing EHS policies, procedures, risk assessment, safety report and compliance calendar; building safety capability across sales regions; leading RCA and CAPA for all commercial incidents with timely lessons learned communication; and maintaining Emergency Response Plans for all office locations and high-risk commercial activities.

7. Other tasks assigned by line managers

What You need to be successful

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Must have knowledge in OHSAS18001; ISO45001.

- Must have experience and competence in auditing OHSAS18001; ISO45001

- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

- Strategic and tactical skills in a high paced environment

- Strong skills in English: speaking, writing, listening, reading & translate technical documents

- Excellence in MS Office and other computer tools (if any)
