Now we're looking for a passionate Territory Manager to own our Rockhampton territory and help us bring our brands to life across Central Queensland.
Why You'll Love This Role
Imagine starting your day with the Capricorn Coast on your doorstep, visiting customers, building relationships, spotting opportunities and making a real impact across your territory.
This isn't a desk job.
It's a role for someone who loves being out in market, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives on the challenge of growing a business. You'll have the freedom to manage your territory like it's your own, supported by a high-performing Queensland Sales team that's focused on winning together.
Every day looks different. One minute you'll be negotiating extra display space, the next you'll be launching a promotion, or helping a customer grow their category sales.
What you'll be doing
As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth and delivering territory targets.
- Building strong partnerships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Bringing our promotional and category plans to life in store.
- Executing planograms and ensuring best-in-class space-to-sales compliance.
- Managing refrigeration assets to maximise customer and business outcomes.
- Selling and implementing state and national promotional programs.
- Creating standout visibility for our brands across your territory.
- Working closely with Sales Managers, Customer Service, Logistics and Field teams to deliver exceptional results.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, resilient and thrives on building relationships.
You'll bring:
- Sales experience and a track record of achieving results.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
- A growth mindset and desire to continuously develop.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A passion for working with great brands and even better people.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, retail or territory sales will be highly regarded, but just as important is your drive, energy and willingness to learn.
What's In It For You?
At Suntory Oceania, we don't just offer jobs. We offer careers with room to grow. You'll enjoy:
- Generous incentive program.
- Industry-leading parental leave policy.
- Career development opportunities across Australia, New Zealand and our global business.
- Access to world-class brands and industry-leading sales capability programs.
- The opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting growth stories in the beverage industry.
