The Opportunity
The Quality Improvement Technologist drives quality performance of Suntory Oceania in the Trade and operations through links to our Commercial, brand partner and operations teams, always connected to our consumers and customers. This role ensures that we are listening to product and packaging feedback, responding appropriately, and carrying out incident management, root cause analysis and system enhancement business wide for continuous improvement to get the best experience for our consumers and customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying trends and escalating issues to relevant site managers.
- Answering consumer and customer quality related contacts, investigating and working through to resolution with stakeholders.
- Ensuring solid root cause analysis processes are followed to help prevent future incidents.
- Feeding into reporting dashboards, reviewing our scorecards, identifying and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
- Carrying out governance review of RCA / CAPA closeouts
Experience that you will bring:
- Proven ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Experience with beverage manufacturing.
- Training and coaching experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant continuous improvement training
- Product recall/withdrawal experience would be a bonus.
